Salon Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure that you have read and fully understood Lakeside Beauty Doncaster Ltd's Terms & Conditions before booking any treatment. By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

BOOKING APPOINTMENT:
-Online and Phone Bookings: Appointments can be made online via the "BOOK NOW" tab or by calling (+44) 01302 762568 or (+44) 07843 084499. -Deposit Payment: When booking by phone, have your debit/credit card ready as a deposit will be charged to secure your appointment.

DEPOSIT:
-Non-Refundable: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment -Redeemable: The deposit will be fully redeemable against the total cost of your treatment.
-Payment Methods:** Deposits can be paid via online booking system, card over the phone, bank transfer or cash/card in the salon. -Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment is received. Delays in payment may result in the appointment slot being allocated to someone else.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT:
-Notice Period: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. The deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time. -Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
-Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. -Late Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. For courses of treatment, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining sessions.

PATCH TEST:
-Requirement: A patch test is required at least 24 hours before treatments including eyelash tint, eyebrow tint, eyelash extensions, brow lamination, henna brows, lash lift and semi-permanent makeup.
-Failure to Test: Missing a patch test may result in treatment cancellation and a potential charge.

GIFT CARDS
-Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. -Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded. -Treatment Changes: Gift cards for specific treatments can be exchanged for different treatments. If the new treatment is more expensive, the additional payment will be required.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:
-Consent: Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for clients under 18. A parent or guardian must be present during the treatment.
-Age Limits: Some treatments are restricted to clients aged 18 and over.

PREGNANCY:
Many treatments are available to pregnant clients after the first
trimester (12 weeks). Some procedures may require consent from your General Practitioner or Midwife.

COURSE OF TREATMENTS:
-Payment: All treatments purchased as a course must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment.
-Validity: Courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unused treatments after this period will be forfeited.
-Refunds: Refunds are only available for medical reasons and are
calculated by deducting the full list price of treatments already taken and any non-attendance charges from the total course price.

REFUND POLICY - PRODUCTS:
Products purchased from Lakeside Beauty are non-refundable unless faulty. Faulty products must be returned for assessment before a refund is processed.

REFUND POLICY - SERVICES:
Services are non-refundable. If dissatisfied, inform the therapist immediately to address issues. Contact us at info@lakesidebeauty.co.uk within 24 hours for corrections.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
All complaints must be documented in writing via email at info@lakesidebeauty.co.uk Include details of your treatment, date and specific complaint. We aim to respond within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.

CLIENT CONSULTATION FORM
New clients must complete a Client Consultation form before any
treatment. Failure to complete the form will result in the refusal of service. Notify us of any health conditions or changes in circumstances.

HYGIENE
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Equipment is sterilised and sanitised after each use. Nail files are sterilised and stored in personalised bags. Gloves are used for various procedures.
